A Real-Life Valentine's Day Story

These bespoke Champagne Cocktail Truffles were created for a true love story, when Mick Boateng (Love Island) wanted to give his girlfriend, Priscilla Anyabu (Love Island) the perfect gift for Valentine's Day.  Therefore, he teamed up with Paul so that he could create that memorable feeling that he wanted Priscilla to experience.

Priscilla was so impressed she asked Mike if these could be made available to their friends.  So! Paul will produce a limited run of just 100 packs of this new recipe combination, once it's finished it's gone!

Watch the timeline journey of the creation of these truffles from concept to creation below.......

Valentine's Champgne Cocoktail Truffles

Hand-made with REAL Champagne! Caribbean Rum, Lemon and Mixed Spices – NO artificial flavouring used! Just fresh raw ingredients. The new base is delightfully light and full of flavour, just like a classic cocktail extending the experience within the mouth. Created with a hint of lemon, a generous splash of rum, a pinch of mixed spice which has been infused into the light caramel base to carry all of the new flavours on their journey, but never to overpower the unique taste notes of the Champagne.  Using the correct amount of chocolate to carry the cocktail on its journey, of true indulgence…

Day one:

Mike gives Paul his feed-back after tasting the first recipe trial, from this Paul will make the notes for the adjustment to the recipe to create the final recipe ...
