2020 has provided us with the opportunity to bring something new and exciting to the chocolate world. We won’t shy away from Plant Based chocolate products, instead we embrace the opportunity for recipe development and flavour concepts.
After two years of research and development I am really excited to introduce our first range of indulgent Plant Based products. By successfully replacing dairy fats, milk powders, basically all types of dairy from our new recipes and replacing them with coconut milk, almond milk, soya milk and the list goes on and to continually find new alternatives to give the same journey of indulgence, with no compromise on our philosophy “Indulgence is Everything”.
Let’s not forget the most important ingredient, the chocolate! Which now contains less sugar at a minimum cocoa percentage of 55% – 85% depending on the filling being created.
I am really looking forward to creating new flavour combinations and concepts to bring delicious tasting Plant Based chocolates at a level of indulgence like the rest of our range.
