We are proud to announce our new chocolate kitchen at Croydon College. This new project will provide so many new opportunities, such as onsite work experience for students, bespoke chocolate courses and much, much more.

The chocolate and patisserie courses will start as from September, with an introductory course into the world of chocolate and patisserie with ongoing courses to enhance growth and knowledge, to provide training at all levels of expertise.

I think one of the most important things here is a new way of providing onsite, hands on work experience for students, with real orders from real customers to be used within the industry.  The experience of entering a professional work environment which is based on site, will help to prepare these new chefs for the real world of the catering industry.
