Academy of Chocolate
The Academy of Chocolate awards is now one of the most important events in the chocolate calendar with entries sent in from all over the World. The Academy regularly receives over 300 entries for the Awards and even more entries for 2011. The judging this year took over 3 days with 30 judges including some of the countries leading food journalists and Michelin starred chefs tasting and scoring the entries.
The Ambassadors Club
CACAO BARRY is renowned for its vision of the chocolate-maker’s craft as an art form. Very few Chocolatiers are elected or chosen to be an ambassador; however Cocoa Barry felt that Paul Wayne Gregory’s vision, innovation and reputation within the industry needed to be recognised.
The Guild of Fine foods
The Guild of Fine foods Great Taste Awards is the most trusted and recognised food and drink awards. Of all the UK’s food award schemes, the GREAT TASTE AWARDS is the most important.
